We offer refunds for business blueprint purchases within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded or accessed the majority of the blueprint content.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@zynkata.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Once your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 7 days ago, or if you have downloaded and accessed the majority of the blueprint content.
